These items will be sent First Class Mail. Note: These shipping rates apply if you order ONLY Gift Certificates, Patterns and/or Color Cards.

Canada and International* - We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express payments for International and Canadian orders. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL for International and Canadian orders.
We do ship basket making and chair caning supplies to Canada and to some countries overseas. Before we ship an International order, please contact us and we will let you know the extra shipping charges via email. You will be responsible for any Customs charges.
*If you order online - these special shipping charges (Canada and International, Orders over $500) will not show correctly on your final checkout screen. Your credit card however will be charged the correct amount.
As of July 1, 2021, the EU will be charging VAT on all shipments; these will be collected from you by the EU or your postal delivery service and may delay the delivery of your package. Please be sure your email address and phone number are correct on your order.
We will not be shipping to the UK at this time.
Shipping and Addressing
Yes - you may ship your order to another address - just specify your Shipping Address when checking out.
Your order is shipped by FedEx service, US Postal Service or UPS. Please include a street address if possible. But, if your street address cannot be used by the post office, please enter a valid shipping address. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for your order to arrive.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours, but sometimes an order may take longer. If you need your order by a certain date, please do not hesitate to let us know, you can call toll-free 1-800-447-7008. We will do everything possible to ensure your order is received on time.
